Terms and Conditions of gBooked LLC

Welcome to gBooked, LLC (hereinafter "gBooked," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website www.gbooked.com (the "Site") or any of the services provided by gBooked, you (the "User," "Customer," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Additionally, you agree that no claims or disputes between you and gBooked shall be brought as part of a class action, representative action, or multi-party action, and you waive any right to participate in such actions.

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. gBooked makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, security, or reliability of the Site or Services.

You agree to use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
